Demonstration of the URN (NBN) resolver

The implemented resolving mechanism associates a URN query with the actual URL and returns that URL to the client. Because the standard HTTP redirect is used, the client can complete the URL transaction in the normal fashion. The advantage of this resolving mechanism is the independence on special browser or hardware.
This resolver is configured to redirect to external resolution services, if the resolver-address is known. It functions by analyzing the hierarchical parts of a URN (e.g. "urn:nbn:de" or "urn:nbn:se").
