Diese Arbeit untersucht anhand von drei ausgewählten Texten der kolumbianischen Autorin Laura Restrepo die Korrelation zwischen der kolumbianischen Realität in Form von sozio-politischen Konflikten und der Einbettung dieser in den fiktionalisierten Geschichten der Romane La multitud errante (2001), Delirio (2004) und Demasiados héroes (2009). Die Kreation der drei Erzählungen basiert auf einer dokumentarischen Arbeit im journalistischen Stil, in der die fiktionalen Geschichten eingebettet werden. Geographische Lokalisierungen und historische Realitätsbezüge entsprechen daher Orten und Momenten aus der nicht-fiktiven Welt, die Dialoge und Charaktere der Figuren sind jedoch literarisch entworfen. Laura Restrepo, die Schülerin des Booms war, setzt sich in ihren Romanen mit den Opfern des nationalen Konfliktes auseinander, hinterfragt die Geschichte Kolumbiens und setzt ein Zeichen für mögliche Lösungen. Durch die Vermischung von typisch männlichem und charakteristisch weiblichem Schreiben distanziert sie sich vom radikalen Feminismus. Bewusst betont sie in ihren Werken das Leben des Anderen, gibt marginalen Gruppen eine Stimme und hinterfragt das nationale Konzept Kolumbiens.Die Arbeit gliedert sich in einen theoretischen Einführungsabschnitt und in einen praktischen Analyseteil. Dabei führt der theoretische Teil der Arbeit in die literaturhistorische Entwicklung Kolumbiens ein und stellt die Autorin sowie den Inhalt der ausgewählten Romane vor. Im praktischen Hauptteil werden die Romane einerseits auf ihren äußeren und anderseits auf ihren inneren Rahmen untersucht. Aus der Literaturanalyse der ausgewählten Romane geht hervor, dass die Autorin nicht auf die oberflächlichen Auswirkungen des kolumbianischen Konfliktes aufmerksam macht, sondern die menschlichen Folgen des Konfliktes beleuchtet. Sowohl die ausgewählten Themen als auch die verwendete Erzählstruktur und Montage der Geschichten spiegeln Kolumbiens Zerrissenheit wider.

Based on a selection of three texts by the Colombian author Laura Restrepo this paper examines the correlation between the realities of contemporary Colombia in terms of social-political conflicts and their integration in the fictional stories in the novels La multitud errante (2001), Delirio (2004) and Demasiados héroes (2009).The creation of these narratives is based on a documentary research with a journalistic approach, in which the fictional stories are embedded. Geographical features and historical relations are in accordance with places and events in the non-fictional world, the dialogues and characters, however, are entirely fictitious. In her novels Laura Restrepo, who was a pupil of the Boom, engages with the victims of the national conflict; she questions the history of Colombia and suggests possible solutions. By combining typical male and female characteristical writing styles she dissociates herself from radical feminism. In her works she deliberately emphasises on the life of others; she gives a voice to marginal groups and critically analyses the national concept of Colombia.This thesis is subdivided into a theoretical introduction and a practical analysis. The purpose of the first section is to introduce the reader to the historical development of Colombian literature and to present the author as well as the content of the selected novels. The contextual introduction is followed by the main practical part of the thesis, which examines and analyses the outer as well as the inner frame of the novels. The literary analysis of the selected novels indicates that the author does not attempt to draw attention to superficial consequences of the Colombian conflict such as bombardments or abductions, but stresses the humanitarian consequences that the conflict implies. Both the discussed themes and the narrative structure of the story reflect the inner disruption of Colombia.
