'Play behaviour and experiences change within the personal development and are modified by social influences. Among these influences is the position, function and organisation of occupational work. Its effect is thereby more immediate on the play behaviour of adults than that of children. The concept of play describes unspecific actions with specific experiences which need to be defined. Furthermore there exist fluent crossings between the experiences made in play and at work. The analysis of an interview taken with an author of board games, demonstrates finally, that the common attributes and social values associated with play and work can be inverted.'
