Târgul Sărăţii - A Lost Town ?

The author tries to argue that Târgul Săratei/Sărăţii considered to be lost in the second half of the 15th century, finds its continuity in the small town of Huşi. The whole demonstration is based on documents. In the author’s opinion the paper is going to be a starting point for the future archaeological investigations meant to bring new elements concerning the urban life in Modavia of the I5th century.
