Abstract

„Diversity zu praktizieren bedeutet Unterschiedlichkeiten anzuerkennen, auf Bedürfnisse einzugehen und Potentiale zu nutzen.“

Dieser praxisnahe Ratgeber führt in die Hintergründe von Diversity Management ein – und gibt konkrete Beispiele, wie die unterschiedlichen Aspekte von Diversity Management gelingen.

Der Sammelband entstand aus einem Seminar am Südasien- Institut der Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg unter Mitarbeit von DozentInnen, DoktorandInnen und StudentInnen.

Translation of abstract (English)

„Practicing diversity means valuing difference, responding to different needs and realising potentials.“

This pragmatic guide starts with the concept of Diversity Management - and proceeds to show examples of how to successfully implement the different aspects of Diversity Management.

The anthology is a result of a seminar at the South Asia Institute at Heidelberg University and presents contributions from lecturers, Ph.D. candidates and students.
