Zusammenfassung

The coupling of the homocuprate of the bislactim ether of cyclo-(-L-Val-Gly-) with primary propargyl halides produces allenyl-substituted bislactim ethers in a highly diastereoselective manner, whereas the alkylation of the lithiated bislactim ether of cyclo-(-L-Val-Gly-) yields propargyl-substituted bislactim ethers. Subsequent hydrolysis affords, after protection of the amino group, methyl alpha-allenylglycinates, alpha -allenylglycines, and methyl alpha-propargylglycinates 17
