  • Diese Arbeit beschreibt die sogenannte Informationsflut und untersucht, wie sie sich auf unser tägliches berufliches und privates Leben auswirkt. Dem gegenüber soll die Situation von Bibliotheken und Bibliothekaren betrachtet werden, sowie die Veränderung von deren Aufgaben, die sich durch die Neuen Medien ergaben.
  • This work describes the so-called information overload and examines how it affects our daily professional and personal lives. In return, the situation of libraries and librarians shall be considered, and the change of their tasks that were caused by the new media.
