| Zusammenfassung: | Risk assessment and cost-benefit analysis are the predominant methods of evaluating the consequences of technologies. Since both methods rely on the aggregation of various types of consequences and on the creation of objective yardstick to obtain criteria for systematizing different dimensions of hazards, we suggest a new methodology of risk analysis which is based on the basic need concept and a graduated optimization procedure. |
