Live Communication on Web 2.0

  • This bachelor dissertation is based on the development of live communication throughout the evolution of Web 2.0. The beginning of the theory outlines the definitions of live communication and event marketing, which leads to the descriptions of verity of different forms of events. The following chapter describes the Web 2.0 and various types of events such as virtual events, hybrid events and social media seen as an event for the user, which are then in depth analyzed and supported by practical examples to highlight the key concepts of the whole work. The success factors, which are defined in the conclusion, are vital components as they define the correct appliance. The aim of this work is to manifest the impact of Web 2.0 in live communication and to prove guaranteed success through appropriate usage of social media.
