• Ziel der vorgelegten Untersuchung war die Klärung der Frage, ob Patienten die dauerhaft auf eine Nierenersatztherapie angewiesen sind und Pschopharmaka einnehmen, im besonderen Maße von regelmäßigen Spiegelmessungen der Psychopharmaka zur Therapieoptimierung profitieren können. Die Ergebnisse weisen darauf hin, dass dies der Fall ist, aufgrund der zahlreichen Komorbiditäten, der hohen Komedikation sowie der gemessenen Blutspiegel. • We intended to answer the question if patients who are on chronic hemodialysis and psychoaktive drug due to a psychiatric reason need continously measurements of drug concentrations in blood samples, to make their psychiatric treatment more effective. On the other hand we intended to find out, if there is a hint that the hemodialysing process reduces the blood concentration of these drugs seriously.
