Abstract
A multivariate choice model for predicting social choices and decisions has been formally developed using the concept of indifference curves and preferential choice probabilities. As an empirical basis for predicting the outcome of a simulated political election multidimensionally distributed attitudes of the voters toward the political candidates have been used. Remarkable differences between observed choices and two-dimensional predictions were discussed in respect to the concept of discrepances between verbal attitudes and overt choice behavior.
