-Die historische Entwicklung und die Trennung der Nichtigkeitslehre in Deutschland und Frankreich. -Die praktischen und theoretischen Probleme, die nach der Entstehung des Code Civil in Frankreich entstanden sind. -Die Erfindung und Entwicklung des Begriffs der Anfechtbarkeit von dem XIX. Jahrhundert bis heute. -Den Beweis, dass die Inexistenzlehre nicht von Karl Solomo Zachariä stammt. -Die Rezeption der Unwirksamkeitslehre in Italien, Spanien und Guatemala.
