Entwicklung eines ganzheitlichen Controllings für landwirtschaftliche Unternehmungen

Abstract

Controlling ist ein Ansatz, um die steigenden Anforderungen an das Management landwirtschaftlicher Unternehmen zu bewältigen. Die Implementierung von expliziten Controlling und Controllingwerkzeugen bedarf, wie diese qualitative Studie zeigt, einer Analyse der betrieblichen Informationssysteme, mit dem Ergebnis, dass in diesem Bereich ein großer Koordinationsbedarf besteht. Mit dem, im Rahmen dieser Arbeit entwickelten und getesteten, flexiblen Planungs-, Kontroll-, Steuerungs- und Koordinationsmodell CASHPLAN EN wurde dazu ein wirksames Instrument zur Unterstützung des Managements landwirtschaftlich geprägter Unternehmungen bereitgestellt. Der Controllingimplementierungsprozess gestaltet sich als ein langfristiger, dynamischer Entwicklungsprozess, welcher die zeitlichen und humanen Ressourcen einer Unternehmung sehr stark beansprucht, woraus sich unterschiedliche Ausgestaltungen auf technischer und organisatorischer Ebene ableiten. Controlling is one approach to cope with the management demands in agricultural enterprises. This qualitative case study shows, that the analyses of information systems have to be done, before an implementation of functional controlling and controlling -tools go on. But there are a lot of deficits about the coordination of the enterprise information systems.In context with this study a flexible planning, control, navigation and coordination model, called CASHPLAN EN , was developed to support modern farm management.The controlling implementation process describes a dynamically, individually process for a long run, which abuses a high level of human recourses and time needs. Consequentially there are different technical and organisational designs of controlling implementation processes.
